Time to get involved!

JDI is seeking volunteers to assist in the planning and production of it's 4th Annual Memorial Day Picnic. We are all excited about this wonderful opportunity to eat good food, network and have fun!

Interested in getting involved? Help is needed in the following areas:

Food
Wanted: Cooks, Servers, Donations to purchase supplies

Entertainment
Wanted: Games for the kids; dominos; coordinators for days activities.
Wanted: Caribbean musicians, dancers, performers wanting to donate their time and talents.

Promotion
Wanted: Assistance in posting flyers and marketing the event.

Setup/Cleanup/Decorations
Wanted: Assistance in setting up for the picnic; help cleaning up; decorations.

Can't attend but would still like to help? Consider making a contribution to assist in one of the key areas mentioned about.

The Jamaica Diaspora of Indiana is proud to announce the lauch of www.jamaicadiasporaindiana.org The site will be used to share the mission of the organization with communities worldwide. Members of JDI will be able to keep up to date with upcoming events and track the progress of our projects.
